
The result of "back to basics" is that the biscuits of Eco-Biscuits are a genuine health food product.
The objective: to produce biscuits with exclusively biological ingredients, without any addition of beet or cane sugars.
By doing so, Eco-Biscuits opts for traditional health food products, where sugars and especially refined sugars do not belong in. The biscuits of Eco-Biscuits are exclusively sweetened with grain and fruit syrups, for example apple, maize and agave syrup. In addition to natural polysugars, these sweeteners contain a number of vitamins and minerals. As a result, they are healthy and delicious to boot. Furthermore, Eco-Biscuits only uses vegetable raw materials. Any animal-related ingredients are avoided. Skimmed milk powder and eggs are used very exceptionally, only where this is strictly required.
Eco Biscuits' eventual goal is to make biscuits without adding any cane or beet sugars which the average consumer likes!
