The Modern Bakery took place in Moscow. It is the leading trade fair for confectionery as well as artisan bakery in Russia and in the CIS member states. Since a few year DEBAG is already sponsoring this trade fair. In this year, DEBAG represents itself the second time as the “Golden Sponsor” of the Modern Bakery. DEBAG – one of Germany´s leading manufacturers of oven, refrigeration as well as proofing
technology will further increase its presence and commitment on the Russian market. In November 2013, ADR (Ascobloc DEBAG Rus) was founded by DEBAG as a subsidiary in Moscow. The representative office organises and operates the sales and service structure of DEBAG products for the whole of Russia. DEBAG was exhibiting again at more than 130m² its wide and impressive range of production ovens and shop baking ovens as well as refrigeration and proofing technology. The big popularity and the interest in most modern oven-technology show the importance of this exhibition.
