
Ingredient solutions based on natural whey proteins will take centre-stage for Arla Foods Ingredients at IFT17 (Booth 4447).
Arla Foods Ingredients’ whey proteins are derived from milk produced by grass-fed cows using responsible farming standards, which means it is rBST-free and free from pesticide and antibiotic residues. Furthermore, the company uses safe production methods that comply with non-GMO standards and which ensure no traces of heavy metals.

Among the product concepts to be highlighted by Arla Foods Ingredients at IFT17 will be a high-protein snack bar offering great taste, texture and a long shelf-life. Also on the stand will be a low-fat Cheddar cheese that offers the same indulgent taste as a full-fat version, and which is made using only pure dairy ingredients for a genuinely clean label. Other new concepts will include high-protein water and a high-protein cookie.
