Starting March 14th to March 17th, the Modern Bakery will take place in Moscow. It is the leading trade fair for confectionery as well as artisan bakery in Russia and in the CIS member states.
Since a few years, DEBAG has been sponsoring this trade fair. This year, DEBAG represents itself for the first time as the "Golden Sponsor" of the Modern Bakery.

In hall 7.5, stand 7.C1 DEBAG is happy to exhibit again at more than 13o m2 its wide and impressive range of production ovens and shop baking ovens as well as refrigeration and proofing technology. There will be a live-baking-show on the stand, as well.
