'Super Size Me' Star Morgan Spurlock Is opening a fast-food chicken restaurant.

Morgan Spurlock, director and star of Super Size Me, will open his own fast-food chicken restaurant Saturday morning in Columbus, OhioForbes reported.

The restaurant, Holy Chicken, called itself a fast-food "chicken experience" in a press release, and said it will only use "hormone-free, antibiotic-free, cage-free, free-range, farm-raised, humanely raised 100 percent natural" chickens that the company raised. Spurlock, who rose to fame in 2004 by documenting his journey as he ate only McDonald'sfood for 30 days, has since written a book and produced several other projects, according to the publication.

The menu's signature dish is a "grilled crispy chicken sandwich," but the release makes no mention of which types of cooking oils it will use. It does suggest, however, that the restaurant's grand opening in Columbus could be the beginning of a nationwide chain.

"Why did he decide to open his restaurant in Columbus? He figures if a restaurant can succeed in Test Market USA, it can succeed anywhere," the release said.
